The rules, step by step
- Everyone gets the same word. One of you gets nothing but the category.
- Take turns drawing ONE unbroken line each on the shared sheet. Two turns each.
- No letters, no numbers, no arrows. Everyone draws in their own colour.
- Then everyone points at once. The most-pointed-at player is the accusation.
- Catch the faker and they still get one shot at naming the word.
- They name it, or they were never caught: 2 points to them. Otherwise a point to everybody else.
- A tie the room cannot break twice running goes to the faker.
Scoring and the fiddly bits
Scoring
2 to the faker for surviving the vote, or 2 for being caught and naming the word anyway. 1 to every other player when they are caught and miss.
The vote and the runoff
Everybody points at once, the faker included, and nobody may point at themselves. A tie at the top goes to a runoff between the tied players only.
The guess
A caught faker chooses from six words, all drawn from the round’s own category. Decoys from elsewhere in the deck would be free eliminations.
No letters, no numbers
Nor arrows, nor labels. Nothing in the app enforces this — the table does.
Who plays the faker
The role goes at random to whoever has had it fewest times, so over a few rounds it comes round to everybody.
