Table Party is made by a very small team, and mail gets read. Whether it's a bug, a confusing rule, a game you wish existed or something that just felt off, write to hi@tableparty.io — including which game and roughly when it happened makes a fix much faster.
Common questions
Someone lost connection mid-game. Is the game gone?
No. The room lives on the server, not on any one phone. Reopen the invite link (or enter the room code on the home screen) and the game resumes exactly where it was.
How do friends join a game?
The host shares the room link or the four-letter code shown at the table. Friends open tableparty.io (or the app), enter the code, and they're seated. No account needed.
My name or photo disappeared.
Browsers sometimes clear a site's storage. Visit once and your profile is restored automatically; if it isn't, set your name again on the Profile tab and it will stick.
Not enough players around?
Several games seat computer opponents — add them from the lobby and play solo or fill an odd table. Ranked games always have someone to race.
How do I remove my data?
Open your profile and choose Delete account. You can track the request and its completion in the app. See the privacy policy for retention details.
Team rooms
Do cameras cost extra? Cameras come with any paid plan, with no meter and no hour limit. Up to 12 faces show at once: the whole room when it is small, your own table or team when it is bigger. On the Free plan, play alongside your usual video call.
Can I cancel? Yes, from the room's Settings under Plan & billing. Your plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for, then the room carries on free.
Does Slack post on its own? Yes, once the organizer connects a channel: when a game starts, the room posts who started which game with a link to join, at most once every ten minutes. The organizer can switch that off in Settings → Slack. Anyone in the room can also ask the channel who is up for a game, and the organizer can share an invite or the latest results. Disconnect any time in Settings → Slack.
I set up a room. How do I get back to it? Open the room link from your welcome email, or choose Sign in at the top of Table Party for Teams.
